For this project you will need:
4 Large Shredded Wheat Biscuits1/2 Cup Coconut
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup margarine or butter, melted
Egg candy (ie: Robin Eggs, chocolate eggs, Jelly Beans)
Peeps (chicks)
*Crumble the shredded wheat in a large bowl. Add the coconut, sugar and melted butter and mix well.
*Press the shredded wheat mixture into muffin tin cups lined with foil and form into a nest shape:
*Bake the nests at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.*When the nests have cooled, remove them from the muffin cups. Fill with eggs and top with a Peeps Chick.

Let me tell you, I was lucky enough to receive one of these tasty treats a couple years ago and boy are they good. My favorite is the next alone. It's so yummy! Cute idea.
Love the birds nests, Donna! They are so cute. The calla lillies are just as cute, but mine would be deformed and matted. Maybe I will give them a try anyways!
